Lead Developer Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Your Tasks

  • Entwicklung cloudbasierter und serviceorientierter Lösungen fĂĽr den internationalen Einsatz im Industrieversicherungsgeschäft
  • Einsatz verschiedener Frameworks und Technologien zur Entwicklung und Integration der notwendigen Software-Komponenten unter Verwendung aktueller Architekturkonzepte
  • Aufbau eines maximalen Automatisierungsgrads zum multiregionalen Betrieb von Services in der Azure Cloud unter Verwendung von Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung des Software-Development-Prozesses und Einsatz moderner Methoden, z. B. Test-driven Development und Pair Programming
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Entwickler:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Fachexpert:innen in einem Scrum-Team

Your Profile

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung mit mindestens einer höheren Programmiersprache, vorzugsweise C#
  • Vertieftes Know-how zu relationalen und nicht-relationalen Datenbanken (bevorzugt Azure SQL, PostgreSQL oder Cosmos DB)
  • WĂĽnschenswert sind Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Azure Cloud (u. a. Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure AD)
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit GespĂĽr fĂĽr saubere Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code, Usability, automatisiertes Testen und funktionierendes CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
  • Begeisterung, Neugier und Leidenschaft fĂĽr neue Technologien verbunden mit hohem Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung 
  • Offenheit und Mut sowie die Bereitschaft, regelmäßig Feedback zu geben und zu nehmen
