Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung und Coaching von Entwicklungsteams bei der EinfĂĽhrung von Open Code, AWS Bedrock und agentischen Entwicklungsansätzen mit Spec Driven Development
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattform fĂĽr agentische Softwareentwicklung
  • Entwicklung und Pflege spezialisierter AI-Agents nach den Corporate Authoring-Standards
  • Entwicklung und Bereitstellung wiederverwendbarer Skills, Templates, Spezifikationen und Best Practices fĂĽr die agile Lieferorganisation
  • Umsetzung technischer Integrationen zwischen der Agentenplattform und internen sowie externen Systemen und Services
  • Technische Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Plattform Features sowie Sicherstellung der Plattformqualität durch umfassende Testautomatisierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, Architektur, Plattform-Teams und dem KI Competence Center zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Softwareentwicklung bei HDI

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere Requirements Engineering 
  • Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien (Docker, OCI-Images) und Container-Registries
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in DevOps, CI/CD, Automatisierung sowie modernen Programmiersprachen und Entwicklungsplattformen
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Open Code, AWS Bedrock, Large Language Models und agentischen Architekturen sowie Spec Driven Development
  • Begeisterung fĂĽr Agentic Software Engineering und die EinfĂĽhrung innovativer Entwicklungsansätze
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln und Teams erfolgreich zu unterstĂĽtzen
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
