Die HDI AG sucht fĂĽr den Bereich HDI AG in Part time (bis zu 19,00 Stunden/Woche) und fixed-term am Standort Hannover:

Deine Aufgaben

  • Recherche, Identifikation und Direktansprache von Fach- und FĂĽhrungskräften ĂĽber nationale und internationale Netzwerke
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Suchstrategien zur Besetzung komplexer und schwer zu besetzender Positionen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Talentpools sowie UnterstĂĽtzung beim Beziehungsmanagement zu Kandidat:innen
  • Mitwirkung bei Interviews und Auswahlprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiting und Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung von Marktanalysen, Reportings und Kandidatenprofilen zur EntscheidungsunterstĂĽtzung
  • Einsatz moderner Tools und KI-Anwendungen zur Optimierung der Recruiting-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, HR Management, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder ein ver­gleich­barer Studien­gang 
  • Reststudiendauer > 1 Jahr
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, Finanz- und Versicherungsthemen
  • Erste Einblicke in Recruiting oder Talent Acquisition wĂĽnschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Begeisterung fĂĽr Networking und Direktansprache
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit fĂĽr digitale Themen, IT und den Einsatz von KI im Recruiting
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
