Werkstudent:in Rechtswissenschaften Schadenbearbeitung Haftpftlicht

Your Tasks

  • Bearbeitung von Unternehmenshaftpflichtschäden im nationalen und internationalen Bereich
  • Bearbeitung zentraler Rechtsfragen in den Bereichen Produkthaftung, Haftungsrecht, Versicherungsrecht und Vertragsrecht mit Schwerpunkt Schuldrecht
  • Ermittlungen zur Aufklärung des zu beurteilenden Sachverhalts
  • Ansprechpartner fĂĽr die jeweiligen Beteiligten (z.B. Makler, Gutachter und Rechtsanwälte) 

Your Profile

  • Fortgeschrittenes rechtswissenschaftliches Studium 
  • Fundierte Rechtskenntnisse
  • Freude an der Kommunikation und Arbeit im Team
  • Ausgeprägte lT-Affinität & gutes MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
