Werkstudent:in Private Equity & Real Assets - Indirect Infrastructure & Real Estate

Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung der Portfolio Manager:innen bei Marktanalysen zu internationalen Infrastruktur- und Immobilienmärkten
  • Mitwirkung beim Sourcing und Screening potenzieller Investmentopportunitäten, unter anderem durch die Erstellung strukturierter MarktĂĽbersichten sowie die Erweiterung des Investmentuniversums (z. B. auf Basis von Marktdatenbanken wie PitchBook)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Ausarbeitung von Investmentvorlagen mit Schwerpunkt auf quantitativen Auswertungen mithilfe interner Analysetools
  • Aufbereitung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen fĂĽr interne Stakeholder unter Nutzung von Power BI sowie der internen Reporting- und Monitoringoberflächen
  • Einbindung in verschiedene Projekte im Rahmen der Investment- und Monitoringaktivitäten

Dein Profil

  • Begonnenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Bauingenieurwesens, der Mathematik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs; Bachelor- sowie Masterstudierende willkommen
  • Mindestens ein volles Jahr verbleibende Studiendauer, idealerweise 1,5 bis 2 Jahre
  • Interesse an einer Einarbeitung in die Assetklassen Infrastruktur und Real Estate
  •  Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
  • Freude an analytischen Aufgaben und am sinnvollen Einsatz von Artificial Intelligence
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel und Formeln; einfache Makros sind ein Plus, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Hohes MaĂź an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
