Werkstudent:in IT Reporting

Your Tasks

  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Reports und Auswertungen
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten fĂĽr Management- und Betriebsreportings
  • Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Reportingdaten
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei SLA- und Betriebsreportings
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Dashboards und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei regulatorischen Nachweisen und Dokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Reporting-Prozessen

Your Profile

  • Laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL/ SQL-Skripte sowie Interesse an der Arbeit mit Datenbanken und Datenmodellen
  • Verständnis fĂĽr Datenstrukturen und die Zusammenhänge von Daten in IT-Systemen
  • Grundlegendes Interesse an IT-Infrastrukturen und Datenbanktechnologien
  • Idealerweise erste BerĂĽhrungspunkte mit ServiceNow oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
  • Begeisterung fĂĽr Datenanalyse, Automatisierung und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Freude daran, sich eigenständig in neue technische Themen und Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste ArbeitsweiseTeamfähigkeit sowie SpaĂź an der Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen und selbstorganisierten Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
