Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische und inhaltliche Betreuung des Learning-Management-Systems SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Testing und Umsetzung von Releaseanforderungen in SuccessFactors Learning
  • Pflege, Veröffentlichung und Auswertung von Lerninhalten (inkl. Reporting)
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung strukturierter Lernpfade, z. B. fĂĽr Onboarding oder aktuelle Initiativen 
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten zur Förderung der Lernkultur und zur Entwicklung innovativer Lernformate 

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Medieninformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Pädagogik oder eines verwandten Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich oder in der IT
  • Vertrautheit mit LMS-Plattformen wie SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle oder TalentLMS
  • Begeisterung fĂĽr alle Themen rund um „Learning & Development“ - von Lernkultur bis zu Lernformaten
  • GespĂĽr fĂĽr didaktische Inhalte und technische Zusammenhänge
  • Teamplayer mit einer gewissenhaften und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu ĂĽbernehmen und aktiv mitzugestalten
