Vertriebscoach

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Vertriebs- und Verkaufstrainings
  • Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Hauptvertreter:innen, Agenturmitarbeiter:innen sowie neuer Mitarbeitender zur systematischen und effizienten Kundenbetreuung
  • Vermittlung und Unterstützung erfolgreicher Verkaufstätigkeit inklusive versicherungstechnischer und organisatorischer Fragestellungen
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Nutzung der bereitgestellten EDV-Systeme zur Akquisition und Kundenbetreuung, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Sammeln und Pflegen aller für den Verkauf relevanten Kundendaten
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der neuen Hauptvertreter:innen beim Agenturaufbau und der Agenturführung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen und ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Inhalten oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsvertrieb sowie erste Schulungs- und Coachingerfahrung wünschenswert
  • Freude an Personalentwicklung und Qualifizierung Kommunikationsstärke sowie Motivations- und Verkaufstalent mit methodischer Kompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und der Wunsch nach persönlicher und beruflicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Selbstmotivation
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
