Deine Aufgaben

  • PrĂĽfung und Bewertung komplexer Risiken im Bereich der Vermögensschadenhaftpflichtversicherung (VSH) fĂĽr verschiedene Berufsgruppen, z. B. Rechtsanwälte/Rechtsanwältinnen, Steuerberater:innen und WirtschaftsprĂĽfer:innen
  • Verwaltung und fachliche Betreuung des bestehenden Vertragsbestandes im Vertragsmanagement (u. a. Policierung, Nachträge, KĂĽndigungen)
  • Angebotserstellung und Verhandlung in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Underwriting im Rahmen bestehender Verträge
  • Telefonische UnterstĂĽtzung des Vertriebs

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzen oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haftpflicht, wĂĽnschenswert aber nicht zwingend erforderlich, gerne auch im Bereich der Freien Berufe
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Versicherungsvertragsgesetzes (VVG) und des allgemeinen Haftungsrechts sind erforderlich
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
