Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfung und Dokumentierung von Versicherungsanträgen im Segment HUS Firmen / Freie Berufe
  • Dokumentierung inhaltlicher Vertragsänderungen
  • Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen von Vertriebs- und Kooperationspartnern/-partnerinnen sowie deren Endkund:innen
  • Erteilung von Vertragsauskünften
  • Erstellung individueller Korrespondenz

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung Kaufeute für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in folgenden Bereichen wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich:
    Haftpficht für Angehörige der Freien Berufe, insbesondere Ärztinnen/Ärzte, Zahnärztinnen/Zahnärzte und Gesundheitsfachberufe
  • Kenntnisse im Bestandsführungssystem TDBS und Arbeitsmanagement
  • Offenheit für agile Arbeitsmethoden
  • Kunden- bzw. Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
