Team Leader Controlling

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische FĂĽhrung und Weiterentwicklung des Technical Steering Short-Tail Teams 
  • Hauptansprechpartner fĂĽr Sparten Vorstand und das Geschäftsfeld fĂĽr die Versicherungstechnik (operatives Steuerungsmodell, HGB, IFRS)
  • Analyse und Kommentierung von FinanzabschlĂĽssen und Berichten fĂĽr das Geschäftsfeld und den Vorstand
  • Aufbau neuer Controlling- und Steuerungsprozesse fĂĽr das Geschäftsfeld Corporate Short-Tail
  • Koordination und UnterstĂĽtzung der Forecast- und Planprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsfeld und anderen CFO-Abteilungen fĂĽr nahtlose Koordination und Informationsfluss
  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Zielableitungsprozesses sowie von SteuerungsmaĂźnahmen zur Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit des Geschäftsbereichs
  • Teilnahme und aktive Mitarbeit an Projektaktivitäten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs; weitere Zusatzqualifikation von Vorteil (Doktor / MBA)
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Aktuariat oder Rechnungswesen eines (RĂĽck)Versicherers oder einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete, adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Aktuarielle Kentnisse, vorzugsweise mit IFRS17 Bezug
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Pakets, insbesondere Excel, SQL und Power BI
  • Geht in einem kollaborativen Teamumfeld auf und fördert positive Beziehungen und gemeinsamen Erfolg
  • Proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an neuen, innovativen Lernmöglichkeiten
  • FlieĂźende Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort von Vorteil
