TalanXplore Trainee

Your Tasks

  • 18-month trainee program within the Talanx Group, leading to a target position at HDI Group or Talanx AG
  • Gaining insights into a broad part of the insurance value chain – from primary insurance to reinsurance (HDI Group as the home base and exposure to departments at Hannover Re)
  • Building a company-wide, interdisciplinary network
  • Following an individual development plan with a comprehensive portfolio of training, self-reflection opportunities, and mentoring
  • Job shadowing in various departments across the Group
  • Laying the foundation for a successful career path within HDI

Your Profile

  • Above-average Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Mathematics, or a comparable field of study
  • Initial professional experience desirable (e.g., internships, working student positions)
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and the courage to tackle challenging tasks independently
  • Experience with and/or interest in using AI
  • High level of self-reflection and self-organization, along with the drive to make a difference
  • Strong structured and team-oriented working style
  • Interest in diverse tasks, high willingness to learn, and strong commitment
  • Confident communication skills in both German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus
