Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Begleitung und Mitwirkung in strategischen Transformationsprojekten und Initiativen
  • Überwachung und Pflege relevanter Steuerungsgrößen zur Erreichung der Kostenziele der HDI Deutschland
  • Schnittstellenmanagement aller relevanten Stakeholder:innen (u. a. Controlling, Strategie, Betriebsorganisation und Group People & Culture)
  • Unterstützung des Management Reportings sowie Erstellung von Gremienberichten und Präsentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben

 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistung, einer Wirtschaftsprüfung, einer Unternehmensberatung oder Ähnlichem
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten und/oder Arbeitsgruppen
  • Sehr hohes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an der professionellen Aufbereitung von komplexen Sachverhalten in MS PowerPoint und MS Excel
