Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive VertriebsunterstĂĽtzung im Bereich Komposit Firmen & Freie Berufe in fachlicher sowie akquisitorischer Hinsicht
  • Eigenverantwortliches und ertragsorientiertes Zeichnen von Risiken im Rahmen der Vollmachten
  • Risikobeurteilung und Tarifierung von inländischem Geschäft
  • Erstellung von Preisinformationen sowie Angeboten
  • Vertragsgestaltungen/- und Verhandlungen mit Vertriebspartner:innen und Kund:innen
  • Controlling und ggf. DurchfĂĽhrung von Sanierungen
  • Vorbereitung und DurchfĂĽhrung von internen und externen Schulungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Versicherungen und Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Risikobeurteilung gewerblicher und industrieller Sachversicherungen
  • Sicheres, kundenorientiertes Auftreten gepaart mit ausgeprägter Vertriebskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie gute Selbstorganisation
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu umfassender Reisetätigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
