Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung geschäftskritischer Anwendungen und Prozesse
  • Analyse und Modernisierung bestehender Lösungslandschaften
  • Ăśbersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in nachhaltige technische Lösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Entwickler:innen 
  • Vorantreiben von Automatisierung, Qualität und Standardisierung
  • Nutzung moderner Engineering-Praktiken und KI-gestĂĽtzter Werkzeuge

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Software- oder Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Erfahrungen in der Ăśbersetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen in Lösungen
  • Erfahrungen mit Dokumenten-, Output- oder Template-Plattformen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Idealerweise technische Kenntnisse in JavaScript, Java, Python oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Schnelles Verständnis fĂĽr komplexe Systeme und Prozesse
  • Ăśbernahme von End-to-End-Verantwortung
  • Pragmatisches Denken und nachhaltiges Handeln
  • Offenheit fĂĽr neue Technologien und KI
