Senior Process & Governance Analyst International Programmes

Your Tasks

  • Lead strategic initiatives to design and implement a comprehensive governance framework for international insurance programmes, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Develop and refine the strategic concept for international programmes product offerings in collaboration with lines of business, including governance structures, operational models, and training strategies to support scalability and excellence
  • Drive process optimization and harmonization across international insurance workflows (policy issuance, claims handling, premium calculation, compliance), ensuring efficiency, consistency, and customer-centric solutions
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across underwriting, operations, compliance, and IT to define and document end-to-end processes, integrating best practices and digital tools for enhanced operational effectiveness
  • Establish governance guidelines and control mechanisms to monitor adherence to global standards, mitigate risks, and ensure quality delivery of international programmes
  • Design advanced training programmes for internal teams, fostering knowledge transfer and adoption of optimized processes and governance principles
  • Lead cross-functional workshops and change management initiatives, advising on organizational transformation strategies and supporting the implementation of automation and digitalization solutions
  • Provide strategic insights and performance analysis through data-driven evaluations of process efficiency, compliance metrics, and governance effectiveness, recommending improvements to senior leadership
  • Act as a subject matter expert for international insurance programmes, representing the organization in global forums and contributing to thought leadership on governance and process excellence

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Advanced certifications in Business Process Management (BPM), Governance, or Insurance Management highly desirable
  • Minimum 5–7 years in process management and governance within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on international programmes and multinational operations
  • Deep understanding of international insurance operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven track record in developing governance frameworks, strategic concepts, and training programmes for global insurance networks
  • Strong leadership in process improvement, change management, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with proficiency in process modelling and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Open mindset towards innovation and emerging technologies, with a passion for driving customer value through digital solutions
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
