Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Tarifierungen sowie aktuarielle Steuerung von Portfolien im Gewerbe- und Haftpflichtgeschäft
  • Durchführung und Interpretation von Analysen zur Bewertung von Portfolioentwicklung, Profitabilität und Risikostrukturen sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Portfoliosteuerun
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Stakeholdern sowie verständliche Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Ergebnissen
    für das Top-Management
  • Nutzung und Aufbereitung von Daten als Grundlage fundierter Pricing-Entscheidungen 
  • Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung aktuarieller Modelle im Pricing-Kontext, insbesondere mit Fokus auf den Business Impact

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, Statistik oder einem vergleichbaren quantitativen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Pricing-Aktuariat, in der Tarifierung oder im Rückversicherungskontext mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung in Beitragsanpassungen, Risikobewertung oder Portfoliosteuerung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten und Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen, zu strukturieren und in geschäftsrelevante Entscheidungen zu überführen
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern bis hin zum Top-Management
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Daten sowie sichere Anwendung mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, R oder vergleichbar)
  • Kenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)
