Senior Application Engineer (Java, Cloud & AI)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in der Privatversicherung unter Einsatz moderner Cloud-, KI- und AutomatisierungstechnologienEntwicklung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen fĂĽr Kund:innen, Vertriebspartner:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen
  • Konzeption, Architekturplanung sowie Umsetzung moderner Anwendungs- und IntegrationslösungenEntwicklung und Betrieb skalierbarer Cloud-Anwendungen auf Basis moderner Architektur- und Entwicklungsstandards
  • Modellierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Integration von Entscheidungs- und AutomatisierungskomponentenEtablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von CI/CD-Prozessen, Monitoring, Testautomatisierung und Betriebsmodellen fĂĽr containerbasierte Anwendungen
  • Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären und agilen Teams zur Umsetzung technologischer Lösungen und Weiterentwicklung von Engineering-Standards
  • Ăśbernahme technischer Verantwortlichkeiten sowie UnterstĂĽtzung des Wissenstransfers und der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung innerhalb des Teams
  • Mitwirkung an MaĂźnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Innovation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Prozessen und Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung moderner Java-Anwendungen mit Spring und Spring Boot
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in serviceorientierten Architekturen, APIs, Microservices sowie Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise auf AWS
  • Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, Container-Technologien sowie dem Betrieb und Monitoring komplexer Anwendungslandschaften
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DevOps, CI/CD, Testautomatisierung und Infrastructure as Code
  • Erfahrung in der Modellierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit BPMN und idealerweise Camunda
  • Interesse an KĂĽnstlicher Intelligenz, Agentic AI und deren Einsatz zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Verständnis fĂĽr moderne Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code, Security-by-Design und hohe Qualitätsstandards
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, fachliche und technische Anforderungen erfolgreich zu verbinden
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit in agilen Teams
