  • Entwicklung eines Agentic AI Technical Blueprints inkl. Multi‑Agent‑Architektur, Rollenmodellen und Interaktionsdesign
  • Definition der Agent Ă— SDLC Integration Matrix fĂĽr Plan → Code → Test
  • Gestaltung von Governance‑, Guardrail‑ und Security‑Mechanismen (z. B. Prompt‑Security, Model‑Risk‑Controls, Output‑Validation)
  • Entwurf eines Agent‑Operating‑Models mit Fokus auf Auditability & Traceability
  • Aufbau wiederverwendbarer Agent‑Patterns & Templates fĂĽr organisationweite Skalierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Fachexpert:innen in einem agilen Umfeld

Dein Profil

  • Tiefgehende Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung von Multi‑Agent‑Systemen
  • Hohe DevOps‑Affinität (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD‑Pipelines)
  • Starkes Know‑how in LLM‑Engineering, Model‑Security, Orchestration‑Frameworks
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im skalieren und betreiben technischer Architekturen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein mit GespĂĽr fĂĽr saubere Architektur, Sicherheit, Robustheit & Automatisierung
  • Begeisterung und Neugier fĂĽr moderne KI‑Technologien
  • Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
