Sachbearbeiter:in Schaden (Privat)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Regulierung von Kraftfahrzeugschäden aus dem Bereich Ermittlungsschaden (E-Schaden)
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Schäden mit unklarer Haftung und Personenschäden
  • Bearbeitung von Schäden mit Auslandsbezug
  • Aktive - insbesondere telefonische - Beratung von Schadenkund:innen
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und kundenorientierten Schadenbearbeitung
  • Korrespondenz mit Versicherungsnehmer:innen, Anspruchsteller:innen und Rechtsanwälten/-anwältinnen
  • Aktive Begleitung von gerichtlichen Auseinandersetzungen und DurchfĂĽhrung von Regressen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung fĂĽr Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung und sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Kasko- und Haftpflichtschäden sind wĂĽnschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Entscheidungsfreude sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ăśberzeugungskraft und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Motivation, Engagement, Neugier, Freude an der Arbeit
