Sachbearbeiter:in Operations Group Accident & Health

Deine Aufgaben

  • Qualifizierte Sachbearbeitung von Group Accident & Health-Verträgen (Gruppenunfall)
  • Eigenständige Betreuung eines zugeordneten Bestandes einschlieĂźlich der Ăśberwachung von Bestandsbeiträgen, gebuchten Beiträgen sowie Rechnungsschreibung
  • Erstellung von Versicherungsscheinen sowie von Nachträgen
  • Ausstellung von Versicherungsbestätigungen
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Portfolioaktionen (Verbesserung der Datenqualität, Terminaufgaben, Kontenklärung)
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme inkl. Testing
  • Persönliche, schriftliche und telefonische Beratung unserer Kund:innen und Vermittler:innen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung fĂĽr Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Group Accident & Health sowie langjährige, praktische Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung
    von Industrieversicherungsverträgen
  • Umfassende analytische und technische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zur Lösung komplexer Sachverhalte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel und Octane wĂĽnschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, termingenaue Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung
  • Hohes MaĂź an Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der agilen Zusammenarbeit in einem hybriden Team
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten, sowie mit den relevanten Industrie- und Spartensystemen 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
