Sachbearbeiter:in Firmenhaftpflicht Schaden

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Haftpflichtschäden aus dem Bereich der allgemeinen Haftpflicht (Hierbei handelt es sich um Sach-, Vermögens- und Personenschäden aus dem Bereich der gewerblichen Haftpflichtversicherung sowie Cyberschäden)
  • Sachverhaltsermittlung, PrĂĽfung von Deckung und Haftung, fallabschlieĂźende Regulierung berechtigter oder Abwehr unbegrĂĽndeter AnsprĂĽche sowie die DurchfĂĽhrung von Regressen
  • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Versicherungsnehmern, Anspruchstellern, Rechtsanwälten, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Gutachtern, Dienstleistern und Maklern
  • FĂĽhren von telefonischen Vergleichsverhandlungen
  • PrĂĽfung von Prozessaussichten sowie aktive Begleitung laufender Haftungs- und Deckungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskauffrau/-mann oder Versicherungsfachwirtin/-wirt
  • Ideal sind Berufserfahrung im Haftpflichtbereich und in der Bearbeitung von Schäden oder die Bereitschaft zur vertieften Einarbeitung 
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe fĂĽr komplexe Sachverhalte sowie ein ausgeprägtes GespĂĽr fĂĽr rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Teamfähigkeit, ein emphatisches und sicheres Auftreten, Erfahrung in Kommunikation und VerhandlungsfĂĽhrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Fachanwendungen und versicherungsspezifischen IT-Systemen 
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
