Sachbearbeiter:in (Volljurist:in) Heilwesenhaftpflicht Schaden

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Haftpflichtschäden aus dem Bereich Heilwesen mit Fokus auf Personen- und Vermögensschäden 
  • Ermittlung und juristische Bewertung medizinischer Sachverhalte aus allen ärztlichen Fachgebieten 
  • PrĂĽfung von Deckung und Haftung, Regulierung berechtigter oder Abwehr unbegrĂĽndeter AnsprĂĽche sowie die DurchfĂĽhrung von Regressen
  • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Versicherungsnehmern, Anspruchstellern, Rechtsanwälten und Maklern
  • FĂĽhren von Vergleichsverhandlungen (telefonisch oder persönlich)
  • Mandatierung externer Rechtsberater und Dienstleister
  • PrĂĽfung von Prozessaussichten sowie aktive Begleitung laufender Haftungs- und Deckungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (2. Staatsexamen) mit Schwerpunkt im Zivilrecht
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Arzthaftungsrecht und in der Regulierung von Heilwesenschäden bzw. die Bereitschaft zur vertieften Einarbeitung 
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe fĂĽr komplexe (medizinische) Sachverhalte sowie ein ausgeprägtes GespĂĽr fĂĽr rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Selbständige, ergenisorientierte Arbeitsweise 
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, um anspruchsvolle Verhandlungssituationen zu meistern 
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein emphatisches sowie sicheres Auftreten 
  • Bereitschaft zu (gelegentlichen) Dienstreisen 
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
