SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Talentmanagement

Your Tasks

  • Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der verschiedenen Talentmanagement-Module von SuccessFactors wie z. B. Learning, Recruiting, Succession & Development oder Compensation
  • Mitwirkung am Rollout und Ausbildung von Key-Usern von SAP SuccessFactors-Module an internationalen Standorten 
  • Technische Begleitung und Integration neuer Technologien, insb. der KI-Assistenten Joule, zur Optimierung von SAP SuccessFactors-Anwendungen
  • Sehr enge und agile Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Proaktive Auseinandersetzung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, VAIT) und Sicherstellung der Compliance 

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen, insb. im internationalen Kontext
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors
  • Erfahrung in der in der EinfĂĽhrung von SAP SuccessFactors und im Anforderungs- und Testmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten 
  • Hohes MaĂź an Eigeninitiative sowie Interesse am agilen und innovativen Arbeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
