SAP BTP & SuccessFactors EC Consultant / Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr einen stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb von Anwendungen im HR Umfeld
  • Weiterentwicklung von SuccessFactors Employee Central, z. B. Organisationsstrukturen, Position Management, Hierarchien
  • Fachliche und technische Anforderungsanalyse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen sowie Design von End-to-End Prozessen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Tests und Qualitätssicherung, Dokumentation sowie Nachvollziehbarkeit von Ă„nderungen
  • Umsetzung von Cloud-Integrationen & Extensions auf der SAP BTP
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereich, IT und internationalen Partnern
  • Proaktive Auseinandersetzung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, VAIT) und Sicherstellung der Compliance

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, insb. Organizational Management / Position Management
  • Fundiertes Know-how in der Integration der SAP BTP (API-Management, Workflows, CPI / Integration Suite)
  • Kenntnisse in Java und Javascript erforderlich
  • Verständnis fĂĽr HR-Datenmodelle und End-to-End Prozesse
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit im agilen Kontext
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
