Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachkundige risikotechnische Beratung bei Bauprojekten
  • Besichtigung von Montage- und Errichtungsrisiken sowie Definition geeigneter MaĂźnahmen zur Risikoreduzierung
  • Bewertung technischer Risiken vor der Risikozeichnung
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Höchstschaden-Abschätzungen
  • Eigenständige Organisation und DurchfĂĽhrung von Schulungen und Workshops – intern und fĂĽr unsere Kunden:innen
  • Mitwirkung an internen Projekten und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bauingenieurwesen (mindestens MSc.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) auf Baustellen, z. B. als Projektleiter im Hoch-, Tief- oder Ingenieurbau
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kund:innenorientierung und Freude an der Beratung
  • Allgemeine Affinität fĂĽr KĂĽnstliche Intelligenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1), weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie Italienisch sind willkommen
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
