Release Train Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Steuerung und die Lieferfähigkeit des Agile Release Trains (ART) innerhalb unserer skalierten agilen IT-Entwicklung
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Teams innerhalb des ART aufeinander abgestimmt sind und effizient arbeiten, um die Programmziele zu erreichen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Scrum Master Team, Identifikation und Lösung von Hindernissen (Impediments) auf ART- und Teamebene, um die kontinuierliche Lieferung von Werten zu fördern
  • Coaching und Unterstützung der agilen Führungskräfte im ART, um die agile Reife in den Teams kontinuierlich zu steigern
  • Vorantreiben des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses durch Analyse von Performance-Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Engagement in der übergreifenden Optimierung unserer Lieferorganisation, z.B. durch das Erarbeiten gemeinsamer Standards 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Frameworks, idealerweise im skalierten Umfeld (z.B. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zur Entwicklung, Wartung und dem Betrieb von großen Softwareprodukten mit vielen Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten in verschiedenen Führungsstilen
  • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Fokus auf Teamarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse im Team zu gestalten und umzusetzen
  • Starke analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, z.B. zur Verbesserung des Flow of value
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder:innen auf allen Ebenen einzubinden
