Your Tasks

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategiekonzepten zur Weiterentwicklung von HDI Deutschland
  • Richtungs- und Impulsgeber:in für die strategische Entwicklung von HDI Deutschland in engerZusammenarbeit mit Vorstand und Fachbereichen
  • Analyse von Wettbewerbern und Ableitung von Konsequenzen für unser Geschäft
  • Strategische Berichterstattung gegenüber Share- und Stakeholder:innen (insb. Vorstand,Aufsichtsrat, Kapitalmarkt)
  • Leitung von und Mitwirkung an strategischen Projekten und Programmen
  • Vorbereitung von Vorstandsklausuren und Führungskräfteveranstaltungen mit Fokus auf Erarbeitung und Vermittlung von strategischen Vorhaben

Your Profile

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistung, Strategieberatung oderWirtschaftsprüfung
  • Interesse an Strategie- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Spaß an der Analyse von strategischen Fragestellungen und Finanzkennzahlen
  • Ambition für die Übernahme von Verantwortung für eigene Themen
  • Leidenschaft für die professionelle Aufbereitung in MS Excel und MS PowerPoint
  • Empathisches Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gut bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
