Prozessmodellierer:in Robotics & KI-basierte Prozessautomatisierung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Automatisierungsstrategie
  • Design und Modellierung von RPA-Lösungen in Blue Prism inkl. revisionskonformer Dokumentation
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Robotics-Prozesse im Bereich Leben
  • Entwicklung, Pflege und Aktualisierung einer modularen Objekt-Bibliothek zur Anbindung an unterschiedliche IT-Systeme
  • Analyse des Automatisierungspotenzials von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifikation von KI-gestützten Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
  • Begleitung der Fachbereiche bei Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeption neuer Prozesse
  • Abstimmung und Durchführung von Tests sowie Qualitätssicherung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Integration von KI-Komponenten (z. B. Machine Learning, intelligente Dokumentenverarbeitung) in Automatisierungslösungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Modellierung von Robotics-Prozessen mit Blue Prism
  • Grundkenntnisse in KI-Technologien (z. B. Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Chatbots) und deren Einsatz in der Prozessautomatisierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse betrieblicher Prozesse und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Kenntnisse der Leben-Bestandssysteme inkl. Altsysteme von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Kreativität, Problemlösungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative
  • Spaß an der Arbeit in einem agilen Umfeld sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
