Product Owner:in Lebensversicherung

HDI AG is looking for a Full time (up to 38.00 hours/week) permanent position in the department ART Bestand & Leistung Leben in Hilden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ăśbernahme der Product-Owner-Verantwortung fĂĽr zentrale Bausteine der Evergreen-BestandsfĂĽhrung Leben sowie Ăśbersetzung strategischer Ziele in Produktvision, Roadmap und konkrete Umsetzungsziele
  • Steuerung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs entlang von Business Value, technischen Abhängigkeiten, regulatorischen Anforderungen und der angestrebten Zielarchitektur
  • Strukturierung komplexer fachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit relevanten Schnittstellen sowie ĂśberfĂĽhrung in User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und umsetzbare Lieferinkremente
  • Steuerung des agilen Lieferprozesses von Refinements und PI-/Sprint-Planungen bis zu Reviews und System Demos
  • Weiterentwicklung modularer und cloudbasierter Services sowie durchgängiger Prozesse mit Fokus auf Automatisierung und eine fachlich wie technisch entkoppelte Zielarchitektur
  • Koordination fachlicher Schnittstellen zu Umsystemen, Zielprozessen, Rechenkern und Bestandsmigrationen unter BerĂĽcksichtigung von Qualität, Security, Datenschutz und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Kontinuierliche Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung der Lösungen anhand von Automatisierungsgrad, Prozessstabilität, Nutzerfeedback, Migrationsfähigkeit und Betriebswirksamkeit sowie Förderung des Wissenstransfers

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Versicherungswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in agilen IT- oder Transformationsvorhaben, idealerweise im Versicherungsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse von Lebensversicherungsprozessen, BestandsfĂĽhrung oder angrenzenden Fachdomänen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Priorisierung von Product Backlogs sowie in der Formulierung von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsweisen wie Scrum oder SAFe sowie gutes technisches Verständnis moderner IT-Architekturen, insbesondere Cloud, APIs, Events, Microservices und Datenmodelle
  • Erfahrung in der Strukturierung komplexer fachlicher, technischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie deren ĂśberfĂĽhrung in umsetzbare Lieferinkremente
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
