Product Owner

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des Reportings in einem global agierenden Versicherungsunternehmen
  • Bereitstellung mehrerer Reporting-Produkte zur Unternehmenssteuerung und -analyse   
  • Steuerung der Produktentwicklung sowie Kommunikation der Product Vision und Product Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedback-Zyklen mit den relevanten Stakeholdern zur Anpassung der Produktstrategie und zur Verbesserung der User Experience
  • Fachliche Führung eines agilen Scrum-Teams
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Meetings auf Team- und Programmebene wie z. B. Planning, Review oder Systemdemo in einer skalierten agilen Umgebung (SAFe-Organisation)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Versicherungswesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Führungskraft im Versicherungskontext sowie in den Bereichen Data Warehousing und Business Intelligence Reporting
  • Idealerweise technologische Hands-on Erfahrung im Reporting, beispielsweise mit Power BI
  • Ausgeprägtes Ownership für die Produktentwicklung, die Umsetzung der Produktvision und die Steigerung des Business Values für unsere Kund:innen
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ganzheitliches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative und Motivationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Level)
