Product Owner IAM

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die Weiterentwicklung und das Management unserer IAM-Produkte und -Prozesse
  • Laufende Optimierung der Anwenderfreundlichkeit und Effizienz der IAM-Systeme
  • Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Legitimation
  • Lifecyclemanagement des bestehenden IAM-Systems
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholderinnen/Stakeholdern aus Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnerinnen/Partnern zur Definition und Priorisierung von Anforderungen (Backlog Management)
  • Begleitung der Umsetzung von IAM-Projekten nach agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Erstellung von User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und Roadmaps
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Vorgaben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner, idealerweise in den Bereichen Identity & Access Management oder IT-Security
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IAM-Systeme, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement, privilegierter Zugriff und Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungsprozesse
  • Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten zur verständlichen Vermittlung komplexer technischer Inhalte
  • Kommunikationsstärke, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Freude an der bereichsĂĽbergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und dem Austausch mit verschiedenen Teams
  • FlieĂźende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
