Product Owner Global Data Warehouse

Your Tasks

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die Weiterentwicklung des cloud-basierten Data Warehouse Cores in einem global agierenden Industrieversicherungsunternehmen
  • Bereitstellung mehrerer Datenprodukte zur Bedienung der zentralen Steuereungs-Applikationen, sowie insbesondere auch der Stärkung des SelfService-Aspektes im Bereich Daten und Analytics  
  • Steuerung der Produktentwicklung sowie Kommunikation der Product Vision und Product Roadmap unter BerĂĽcksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • DurchfĂĽhrung regelmäßiger Feedback-Zyklen mit den relevanten Stakeholdern zur Anpassung der Produktstrategie und zur Verbesserung der User Experience
  • Fachliche FĂĽhrung eines agilen Scrum Teams
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Meetings auf Team- und Programmebene wie z. B. Planning, Review oder System Demo in einer skalierten agilen Umgebung (SAFe-Organisation)

Your Profile

  • Guter Studienabschluss, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Versicherungswesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums
  • Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder FĂĽhrungskraft
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence Reporting und/oder Versicherungswesen
  • Idealerweise technologische Hands-on Erfahrung im Cloud-Development for Data, bspw. AWS, Snowflake, dbt
  • Ausgeprägte Ownership fĂĽr die Produktentwicklung, die Umsetzung der Produktvision und die Steigerung des Business Values fĂĽr unsere Kunden (starke Kundenorientierung)
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ganzheitliches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative und Motivationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Level)
