Product Owner Finance Tools

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-end-Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung eines gesellschaftsübergreifenden Kosten Data Warehouses
  • Bereitstellung mehrerer Finanz-Tools und Datenprodukte (Reporting- und Planungsapplikationen) zur Unterstützung zentraler Steuerungs-Funktionen unseres global agierenden Industrieversicherers
  • Steuerung der Produktentwicklung sowie Kommunikation der Product Vision und Product Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Priorisierung des Backlogs mit klarem Fokus auf Business Value, Kundennutzen und Transparenz
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedback-Zyklen mit den relevanten Stakeholdern zur Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie, zur Verbesserung der User Experience und zum Management bestehender und neuer Anforderungen
  • Fachliche Führung eines agilen Scrum Teams
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Meetings auf Team- und Programmebene wie z. B. Planning, Review oder System Demo in einer skalierten agilen Umgebung (SAFe-Organisation)

Dein Profil

  • Guter Studienabschluss, vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Versicherungswesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums
  • Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Führungskraft
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence Reporting und/oder Versicherungswesen
  • Idealerweise technologische Hands-on Erfahrung im Cloud-Development for Data, bspw. AWS, Snowflake, dbt
  • Ausgeprägte Ownership für die Produktentwicklung, die Umsetzung der Produktvision und die Steigerung des Business Values für unsere Kund:innen (starke Kundenorientierung)
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ganzheitliches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative und Motivationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Level)
