Product Owner Conversational AI

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische, inhaltliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung  unserer Conversational AI Produkte
  • Aktives Stakeholder‑Management und transparente Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen
  • Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Schärfung der Produktvision, des Zielbilds und der Nutzenargumentation fĂĽr unsere Conversational AI Produkte
  • End to end Verantwortung fĂĽr Conversational AI Lösungen entlang digitaler Kundeninteraktionen und servicenaher Prozesse
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die Erstellung, Pflege und transparente Kommunikation des Product Backlogs
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Dienstleistern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Projektmanager:in oder in einer vergleichbaren FĂĽhrungsrolle fĂĽr digitale Produkte
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Conversational AI Lösungen, gerne auĂźerhalb der Versicherungsbranche
  • Ausgespräte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder:innen auf allen Ebenen einzubinden
  • Agile und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Fokus auf Qualität
  • Product Owner Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
