Your Profile

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über langjährige Führungserfahrung und verbindest fachliche und disziplinarische Führung mit klarer Ergebnis- und Entscheidungsverantwortung
  • Du bringst ein fundiertes Verständnis für Versicherungs- und Bestandsführungsprozesse in der Bancassurance und dem Geschäftsfeld Restschuldversicherung mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Anforderungs- und Stakeholder-Management, in End-to-End-Prozessen sowie in der Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen.
  • Du verfügst über ein breites technisches Verständnis für moderne Anwendungsarchitekturen, Schnittstellen, Datenbanken, Cloud und CI/CD sowie für Softwarequalität und Testautomatisierung.
  • Du arbeitest sicher in agilen Arbeitsmodellen, priorisierst nachvollziehbar und verbindest strategisches Denken mit pragmatischer, ergebnisorientierter Umsetzung.
