Your Tasks

  • Mitwirkung bei der Bewertung von Kunstgegenständen im Versicherungskontext
  • UnterstĂĽtzung im Underwriting Prozess
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von VorprĂĽfungen zur Zeichnung von Risiken
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Antrags- und Vertragsbearbeitung im Bereich Fine Art, (U)HNWI (vermögende Privatkunden) 
  • Mitarbeit beim Schnittstellenmanagement mit anderen Funktionen und Abteilungen
  • Dokumentation interner Prozesse
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen

Your Profile

  • Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder begonnenes Masterstudium der Kunstgeschichte oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Interesse an systematischem Arbeiten und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • erste Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Kunstobjekten
  • Ausgeprägtes Diskretions- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Vertragsunterlagen
  • Gute Kenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort
