Head of Operations Motor Region Südost

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter:innen der Standorte Leipzig, München und Nürnberg
  • Planung und Koordination der operativen Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit den Operations-Führungskräften sowie den angrenzenden Funktionen (Underwriting, Vertrieb, Schaden)
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung aller relevanten Qualitätsstandards und Betriebs- und Risikorichtlinien
  • Weiterentwicklung und Kontrolle von Prozessharmonisierung, -optimierung und -automatisierung anhand der Sparten-KPIs
  • Durchführung von Regionsveranstaltungen und Kommunikation fachlicher Themen im Team
  • Teilnahme und Mitarbeit an fach- und funktionsrelevanten Meetings

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Versicherungsschwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfassende versicherungstechnische Kenntnisse und langjährige Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Industrieversicherungsverträgen, vorzugsweise in der Sparte Motor
  • Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Affinität zu IT- und Digitalisierungsthemen
  • Durchsetzungs- und Überzeugungskraft in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden
  • Präzises und strukturiertes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Teamorientierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets, insbesondere Excel
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
