Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung fĂĽr Facility Services am Standort Hannover (Qualität, Kosten, Performance)
  • FĂĽhrung und Weiterentwicklung eines internen Teams im hybriden Betriebsmodell
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung externer Dienstleister inkl. SLA- und KPI-Management
  • Sicherstellung eines rechtskonformen technischen Gebäudebetriebs (inkl. Betreiberpflichten)
  • Planung und Steuerung von Umbau-, Instandhaltungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Umsetzung der zentralen CREM-Strategie sowie Governance-Vorgaben am Standort
  • Gestaltung der Transformation von Eigenleistungen hin zu einer stärker dienstleisterbasierten Organisation

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Facility Management, (Bau-) Ingenieurswesen, Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige FĂĽhrungserfahrung im Facility Management oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudebetrieb sowie in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit hybriden Betriebsmodellen (interne und externe Partner) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse moderner Arbeitsplatz- und Nutzungskonzepte
  • Erfahrung in Budgetsteuerung sowie KPI- und Performance-Management
  • Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise auch in Transformations- oder Veränderungsprozessen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
