Junior Strategy & Transformation Analyst

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsbereichsstrategie
  • UnterstĂĽtzung von bereichsĂĽbergreifenden Strategie- und Digitalisierungsprojekten in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen fĂĽr Management‑ und Gremientermine
  • Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen fĂĽr den Bereichsvorstand

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-, finanzwissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Strategie- oder Finanzbereich eines Finanzdienstleisters oder bei einer Unternehmensberatung wĂĽnschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint), Power BI und GenAI (Copilot); hohe Bereitschaft, neue Tools aktiv einzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen prägnant und adressatengerecht auf Vorstandsebene zu präsentieren
  • Hohes MaĂź an Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Selbstbewusstsein im Einklang mit Teamgeist und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsstärke
