Junior Spezialist:in Settlement

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung im Backoffice an einer zentralen Schnittstelle zur operativen Leistungserbringung im Asset Management
  • Abwicklung von Handelsgeschäften und Geldtransaktionen im Tagesgeschäft, das Produktportfolio umfasst hierbei Wertpapiere,     Repos, Schuldscheindarlehen, OTC-Derivate und ETD, FX/MM sowie Infrastruktur- und Alternative Investments  
  • Mitarbeit bei KI- und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen sowie Steuerung von Workflows
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessverbesserungs- und IT-Maßnahmen/-Projekten z.B. Weiterentwicklung und Tests von IT-Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei Onboardingmaßnahmen z.B. neue Fonds, neue Portfolien, neue Kund:innen

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
  • Erste Berufserfahrung (Bankausbildung, Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeit) am Kapitalmarkt wünschenswert
  • Interesse an Prozessen im Kapitalmarktumfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis für Prozessabläufe und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägt strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft für ein vielseitiges und dynamisches Aufgabenspektrum
  • Selbständige und äußerst sorgfältige Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
