Junior Investment Manager:in - Direct Real Estate Investments/Finance

Your Tasks

  • Identifikation, Akquisition und PrĂĽfung von Immobilieninvestitionsmöglichkeiten sowie Vorstellung dieser auf Basis von Markt‑, Standort‑ und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen bei Konzernkunden
  • Recherche sowie aktive Kontaktaufnahme zu potenziellen Investor:innen, Verkäufer:innen und Makler:innen
  • Mitwirkung bei der internen und externen Steuerung von nationalen und internationalen Transaktionsprozessen inkl. Verkaufsvorbereitung/Datenräume, Due Diligence und Q&A‑Prozesse
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei LoI‑ und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Organisation und Begleitung von Signings
  • Regelmäßige Erstellung von internen Markt‑, Standort‑ und Objektpräsentationen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit immobilienwirtschaftlichem oder finanzwirtschaftlichem Abschluss und eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich, idealerweise im Investment‑ und  Transaktionsumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Wirtschaftlichkeits‑ und Investitionskalkulationen sowie sehr gute PowerPoint‑Kenntnisse
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Nachgewiesene sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, erworben u.a. durch einen studien‑ oder beruflichen Auslandsaufenthalt
