Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Versicherungsprodukten der Lebens- und Sachsparte, die mit Produkten unserer Bankpartner verkauft werden
  • Mitarbeit in einem crossfunktionalen, agil arbeitenden Team (ADU), die Aufgabensteuerung erfolgt zeitgemäß durch das Framework SAFe
  • Betreuung von Produkten in einem modernen Bestandsführungssystem
  • Ansprechperson für Produkte, wenn es um Ideen, Weiterentwicklungen, Prozesse, technische Umsetzung und Integration in die Systeme geht
  • Erstellung von Forecast- und Planungsrechnungen sowie Zulieferung von Daten zu Monats- , Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
  • Kenntnisse auf den Gebieten der Versicherungs-/Finanzwirtschaft
  • IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) mit der Motivation, die Kenntnisse erheblich zu vertiefen
  • Mitgliedschaft in der Deutschen Aktuarvereinigung oder die Bereitschaft, diese anzustreben (HDI unterstützt hierbei)
  • Spaß und Motivation an der Arbeit im agilen Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und treffend in Wort und Schrift darzustellen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständigkeit, Initiative sowie Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
