IT-Trainee als Agile / Scrum Master

Your Tasks

  • Im 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm entwickelst Du Dich systematisch zum Agile Master (eine mit dem Scrum Master vergleichbare Rolle in unserem skalierten agilen Umfeld)
  • Du unterstĂĽtzt verschiedene Teams bei der Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum, SAFe oder Kanban
  • Du förderst Selbstorganisation, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung innerhalb der Teams
  • Dabei befähigst du Teams, Hindernisse zu beseitigen, Konflikte zu lösen und die Teamperformance anhand geeigneter Metriken weiterzuentwickeln
  • Schulungen, Mentoring, Hospitationen bereiten Dich gezielt auf Deine zukĂĽnftige Rolle vor

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes oder kurz vor dem Abschluss stehendes Studium bzw. Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden und Frameworks
  • Interesse an der Rolle des Agile / Scrum Masters sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation
  • Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Bereitschaft, 1- bis 2-mal monatlich zu reisen
