IT Solution Architect

HDI AG is looking for a Full time (up to 38.00 hours/week) permanent position in the department ART Bestand & Leistung Leben in Hilden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die fachliche und technische Zielarchitektur der Evergreen Bestandsführung Leben sowie Entwicklung eines zukunftsfähigen, cloud nativen Architekturzielbilds
  • Gestaltung einer modularen Systemlandschaft mit Services, APIs, Events, Datenmodellen und Integrationen entlang fachlicher Domänen und End to End Prozesse
  • Schrittweise Modernisierung der bestehenden Anwendungslandschaft in Richtung zukunftsfähiger Services und Plattformen
  • Definition und Verankerung von Architekturprinzipien, technischen Standards und Referenzarchitekturen für stabile, skalierbare und wartbare Lösungen
  • Gestaltung zentraler Integrations und Schnittstellenarchitekturen unter Berücksichtigung von Security, Datenschutz, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Engineering Ansätze rund um Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, Observability und Testautomatisierung sowie Unterstützung der Teams durch Reviews, Coaching und Wissenstransfer

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Software Architect, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in komplexen IT oder Transformationsvorhaben
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse cloud nativer Architekturen, idealerweise im AWS Umfeld, sowie Erfahrung mit Microservices, APIs, eventgetriebenen Architekturen und Container Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit Domain Driven Design, Bounded Contexts, Datenmodellen und Integrationsarchitekturen in verteilten Systemlandschaften
  • Praxiskenntnisse in modernen Engineering und Betriebsmodellen wie CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, Observability und automatisierter Qualitätssicherung
  • Erfahrung in der Übersetzung komplexer fachlicher, technischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen in tragfähige Architekturentscheidungen
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1 Niveau sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse im Versicherungsumfeld, insbesondere in der Lebensversicherung oder Bestandsführung

Compensation: TG VI-AT, depending on qualification.
