Werkstudent:in Prozessautomatisierung & Business Development

Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei konzeptionellen Tätigkeiten im Business Development und Prozessmanagement im Ressort Leben Betrieb
  • Erstellung und Gestaltung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen fĂĽr interne und externe Zwecke
  • UnterstĂĽtzung beim Koordinieren und Treiben von Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen, insbesondere IT
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ăśbersicht und Priorisierung technischer Anforderungen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Einrichtung und Implementierung von KI-Services und dem Aufbau eines KI-Frameworks zur Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Nachhalten und Dokumentieren offener Aufgaben sowie Status-Updates, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Excel-Tabellen (z. B. Anforderungslisten, ProjektĂĽbersichten)
  • Recherche und Aufbereitung von Informationen zu Projekten und Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Begonnenes Studium vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Technisches Verständnis fĂĽr digitale Prozesse und erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools oder Automatisierungslösungen
  • Interesse an Versicherungs- und IT-Themen sowie an Projektarbeit
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bearbeiten
  • Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Technologien, wie KI-Services, einzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
