Your Tasks

  • Konzeption und Entwicklung moderner digitaler Selbstlernformate wie Lernpfade und
    interaktive Module
  • Didaktische Aufbereitung von Fachthemen fĂĽr interne Vertriebsmitarbeitende und
    Kooperationspartner:innen
  • Einsatz gängiger Autorentools zur Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von E-Learning-
    Content
  • Identifikation, Priorisierung und Pilotierung von KI-Anwendungsfällen in den
    Tätigkeitsfeldern der Akademie
  • Entwicklung von KI-Workflows, Prompt-Templates und Leitlinien fĂĽr effiziente und sichere Nutzung im Team
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Planung, Organisation und Qualitätssicherung von Webinaren,
    Präsenzseminaren und digitalen Bildungsformaten
  • Mitarbeit an der Betreuung und Optimierung des Lernmanagementsystems fĂĽr externe
    Kundengruppen
  • Ăśbernahme von Teilaufgaben und Projektverantwortung in bereichsĂĽbergreifenden
    Initiativen Innerhalb des 24-monatigen Traineeprogramms
  • Das zweijährige Traineeprogramm bietet umfassende Einblick in alle Tätigkeitsfelder der Akademie.
    Während der gesamten Programmdauer begleitet ein erfahrener Pate den Trainee und unterstützt bei persönlicher Entwicklung, Orientierung und Vernetzung im Unternehmen.
    Ergänzend besteht die Möglichkeit zu Hospitationen in weiteren Unternehmensbereichen wie Marketing, Personal oder Controlling.

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes oder fortgeschrittenes Studium in z. B. Pädagogik, Medien-/ Kommunikationswissenschaft, Psychologie, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Richtung 
  • Interesse an digitaler Weiterbildung, E‑Learning-Konzeption und Erwachsenenbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Content‑Erstellung, Lernkonzeption oder digitalen Lernformaten wĂĽnschenswert
  • Hohe Affinität zu KI-Technologien sowie Offenheit fĂĽr neue Tools und Arbeitsweisen
  • Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise und Motivation, Inhalte methodisch-didaktisch weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Themen eigenständig umzusetzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
