Spezialist:in SAP S/4HANA HCM-BAV Consulting

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung, Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der komplexen SAP S/4HANA HCM-BAV-Lösung für die betriebliche  Altersversorgung (bAV) 
  • Anpassung der Anspruchsverwaltung in SAP S/4HANA, das beinhaltet  Customizing, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation der Ansprüche   
  • Customizing und Betreuung (2nd Level) der Rentenabrechnung in SAP S/4HANA; Customizing des Abrechnungsprozess'; Anpassung des Rentenabrechnungsprozess an den gesetzlichen Anforderungen 
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung von Programmen in SAP S/4HANA für die betriebliche Altersversorgung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen 
  • Erstellen von Benutzerdokumentationen und Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams zur Integration von Technologie-Lösungen in die Unternehmensumgebung 

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor, Diplom) im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder IT-Bereich oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Berufserfahrung entsprechend den vorab genannten Aufgaben
  • Sichere Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Customizing und der technischen Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA HCM-BAV im Kontext SAP
  • RISE Erfahrung im Customizing sowie in der Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA HCM-BAV
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie konzeptionelles Denkvermögen werden vorausgesetzt
  • Fähigkeit zum Überblicken komplexer Themengebiete, ein hohes Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz und eine ausgeprägte Kund:innenorientierung
  • SAP S/4HANA Entwicklungs-Knowhow
