Spezialist:in Produktentwicklung (LV)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse gesetzlicher und aufsichtsrechtlicher Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung von Lebensversicherungsprodukten
  • Entwicklung von effizienten Lösungsansätzen fĂĽr deren Integration in die Produktgestaltung und Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit in einem agil arbeitenden Team und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Expertinnen/Experten aus verschiedenen internen Bereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung attraktiver Lebensversicherungsprodukte fĂĽr die Lebensversicherer in HDI Deutschland
  • Produktkalkulation und Bewertung der Profitabilität
  • Dokumentation der Tarife und Regelungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege der verwendeten Werkzeuge und Tools (im Wesentlichen Office / VBA)
  • Kommunikation mit Aufsichts- und Zertifizierungsbehörden
  • Erstellung von Stellungnahmen fĂĽr interne Gremien und Aufsichtsbehörden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lebensversicherung, aber auch engagierte und lernbereite Berufseinsteiger:innen sind willkommen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Aktuar:in (DAV) oder Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Initiative, Freude an neuen Themen, modernen Arbeitsmethoden und einem Blick ĂĽber den Tellerrand hinaus
  • Selbständigkeit, Einsatzwillen und Veranwortungsbewusstsein
  • Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office
