Softwareentwickler:in Fullstack & Cloud

HDI AG is looking for a Full time (up to 35.00 hours/week) permanent position in the department ART Bestand & Leistung Leben in Hilden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung cloud-nativer, modularer Services fĂĽr die Evergreen-BestandsfĂĽhrung Leben auf Basis moderner Backend-, API- und Microservice-Architekturen
  • Umsetzung fachlicher Datenmodelle, APIs, Events und Integrationsbausteine sowie Gestaltung klarer Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Systemen
  • Mitgestaltung der schrittweisen Modernisierung der bestehenden Anwendungslandschaft entlang fachlicher Domänen, Produkte, Prozesse und Bounded Contexts
  • Etablierung moderner Engineering-Praktiken wie Infrastructure as Code, Consumer-Driven Contract Testing, DevOps, Observability und automatisierter Qualitätssicherung
  • Einsatz KI-gestĂĽtzter Entwicklungswerkzeuge, Spec-Driven Development und agentischer Coding-Ansätze fĂĽr Analyse, Implementierung, Dokumentation und Testfallgenerierung
  • BerĂĽcksichtigung von Security, Datenschutz, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen in Architektur, Code, Tests und Betrieb
  • Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen agilen Teams sowie mit externen Implementierungspartner:innen
  • Förderung des internen Kompetenzaufbaus durch Pairing, Code Reviews, technische Standards, Wissensdokumentation und Wissenstransfer

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Engineer, Backend Developer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in komplexen IT-, Produktentwicklungs- oder Transformationsvorhaben
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Backend-Entwicklung und cloud-nativen Architekturen, idealerweise mit AWS, Microservices, APIs, Container-Technologien und automatisierten Deployment-Prozessen
  • Erfahrung mit event-gesteuerten Architekturen, Domain-Driven Design, Datenmodellen und Schnittstellenintegration sowie der Entwicklung stabiler Services in verteilten Systemlandschaften
  • Praxis mit modernen Engineering- und Qualitätsmethoden wie TDD, automatisierten Tests, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Contract Testing und Code Reviews
  • Interesse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestĂĽtzten Entwicklungswerkzeugen, Spec-Driven Development oder Agentic Coding
  • Verständnis fĂĽr Security, Datenschutz, Compliance und revisionssichere Softwareentwicklung sowie die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in robuste und wartbare technische Lösungen zu ĂĽberfĂĽhren; Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
